Terms of service
These terms apply to quotations, installations, repairs, servicing and maintenance carried out by Legacy Air in Gauteng, South Africa. By requesting a quotation or accepting our work, you agree to them.
Quotations
Quotations are based on the information available at the time of assessment. If the work required differs materially from what was described, we will discuss the change with you and issue a revised quotation before continuing.
Workmanship
Installation and repair work is carried out by our own team using appropriate materials. Where equipment is supplied by a third party, the manufacturer’s warranty applies. We do not warrant equipment against damage caused by poor water chemistry, power surges, flooding, insects or misuse.
Access and site conditions
Safe and reasonable access to the pool plant area and a suitable power supply must be available. Additional work caused by hidden services, non-standard plumbing or structural changes will be quoted separately.
Payment
Payment terms are set out on your quotation. Completed installation and repair work is payable on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
