When you submit an enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email address, suburb, swimming pool size, the service you require and any additional information you choose to provide. When you submit a review we collect the name you choose to display, your suburb, the service received, your rating and your review text.
How we use it
We use your enquiry details solely to respond to your request, prepare a quotation and arrange the work you asked about. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing purposes.
Reviews
Reviews you submit may be published on this website together with the name, suburb and service you supplied. You may ask us to remove your review at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@legacyair.co.za or calling 064 008 0570.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to service your request and to maintain accurate service history, after which they are deleted.
